Shipping Policy for  ChickenFoot

Thank you for your order! We appreciate your business and want to ensure you receive your products quickly and safely. This policy outlines everything you need to know about the shipping of your ChickenFoot Order.

Order Processing Times

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days after they are placed. This does not include weekends or holidays. Orders received after 5:00PM PST on a business day will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs and budget. Rates are flat calculated at a national average cost to ship across the US.  The ChickenFoot shipping rate is $18.00 and the Premiere Foot shipping rate is $8.00, within the US.

  • Standard Shipping: This is our most economical option, with delivery within 3-4 business days.

International Shipping

We do/do not currently offer international shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We strive to fulfill orders quickly. If you need to make a change to your order or cancel it altogether, please contact us as soon as possible at nathan@chickenfoot.co or by phone at (510) 847-0641. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once your order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or file a claim on your behalf.
