SHIPPING POLICY
We are committed to delivering our products to you in a timely and efficient manner. Our shipping policies are as follows:
- Domestic Shipping (US): All orders within the United States will be shipped within 7-10 business days via USPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on an average to ship across the continental US.
- International Shipping (Canada and Mexico): For orders shipped to Canada or Mexico, a flat rate of $50.00 USD will be charged. Products will be shipped within 10-15 business days of the order via a selected carrier.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer the following return and warranty policies:
- 20 Day Return Policy: We accept returns on all new orders within 20 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition.
- One-Year Warranty: All ChickenFoot products come with a one-year warranty covering repairs or replacements due to design or manufacturing faults. Please note that damages resulting from misuse or abuse are not covered under this warranty.
- Determination of Misuse or Abuse: Urioste Sports reserves the exclusive right to determine what constitutes misuse or abuse of the damaged product.
- Warranty Claims and Returns: To make a warranty claim or return, customers are required to mail the ChickenFoot back at their own expense to commence the warranty. In the case of a valid warranty claim, Urioste Sports will cover the return postage within the US. Feel free to contact us prior to returning to discuss the incident and status of the product.
- Repair or Replacement: Decisions regarding repair or replacement of ChickenFoot are at the sole discretion of Urioste Sports.
